1. Intro Call A complimentary 30-45 minute call to learn about your business, your goals, and what you actually need. No pitch, no pressure.
2. Strategy Session A focused one-hour consultation to map out your vision, priorities, and project plan. You'll leave with clarity on exactly what we're building and why.
3. Build & Review I build your site with you involved at every key stage. A mid-process review keeps us aligned, and a final walkthrough confirms everything before we go live.
4. Handoff & Guidance Your site, your ownership. I walk you through everything so you feel confident managing it; or hand it back to me with a Growth or Full Service package.

Do you only work with Squarespace? Yes, for now. Squarespace is the best fit for most small businesses — it's easy to manage, looks great, and doesn't require a developer to maintain.
How long does the process take? Most websites are complete within 2-4 weeks from the strategy session, depending on how quickly we align on content and feedback.
What do you need from me? Your logo, brand colors if you have them, any photos, and a general sense of what you want your site to say. I'll guide you through the rest.
Do you work with businesses outside Metro Detroit? Absolutely. Everything is done virtually — the photography add-on is the only service that requires us to be local.
