The project:

Sadie Morrison is a Metro Detroit Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She needed a website that presented her as a local expert, showcased her sales, and gave buyers and sellers a clear way to reach her.

What I built:

• A custom homepage with a personal introduction, and two direct calls to action: view listings or contact Sadie.

• A Recent Sales section that shows each property with bedrooms, baths, square footage, and sold price, so her track record is visible on the first scroll.

• A results snapshot highlighting her experience.

• A home value section that explains how Sadie calculates a home’s worth and invites sellers to request a free estimate, turning the homepage into a lead source.

• Dedicated pages for About, Listings, Buying & Selling, Testimonials, and Contact, each with its own purpose and next step.

• SEO content written around Metro Detroit search terms, with page titles and descriptions set for each page.

• Social media templates in Canva, so her Instagram and Facebook match the website.

Photography:

I shot all of the photography for the site, including Sadie’s portraits and the images used across her About and homepage sections. The goal was a look that feels warm, local, and professional, and that matches her personality rather than generic stock imagery.

Design approach:

The site follows one path for every visitor: see Sadie’s experience, see her results, then take the next step. I worked with Sadie to customize her logo, color palette, and photography stay consistent from page to page, so the brand looks the same on the website and on social media.
